What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send a second email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

If you have an account, you can also view your order status through your order history.


Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we may be able to make changes.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging is required

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing or production.

After this window, we’re unable to cancel orders. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out and we’ll review your situation with care.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow the progress of your shipment.


Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
