Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please email us at info@puremakina.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
